Hi,
I am trying to set up the Now Mobile App. How do I change the Incident details?
We have some fields which are custom and some I do not want to show from what is OOB.
Any ideas?

Hi,
1. Go to "incident" applet under System Mobile as below-
2. Open the "Details" form screen segment
3. Under the "Screen Field" you can add or remove the incident fields as per your requirement. For example, I have added "Assignment group" as below-
4. And this is the screenshot from my phone where you can see "Assignment group" has been added. (Note it might take few minutes to reflect on the phone view)

Hi ,
Please follow the below steps:
1. Open sys_sg_details_screen table.
2. Search for "deatils" tab with description as "Incident Details".
3. Open this record and add/remove fields from "Screen Fields" related list.
