configure multiple inbound email ids for an instance.. for eg., if its usually instancename@service-now.com, it should be possible to have abc1@service-now.com; xyz@service-now.com included as inbound email ids, such that anyone sends email to either of these ids should register a ticket in servicenow.. is it possible?

Yes, you can create additional email accounts. You can only have one active SMTP account at a time, but multiple IMAP and POP3 accounts are OK.
