CSP portal report a dispute says 403 error

I have impersonated a user Illiana to create a dispute request. after navigation got this permission issue. not sure which permission to assign for that user.

It means user dont have access to this page. please check what roles needed for this.

Hi @AravindEone 

 

It seems the user lacks the necessary permissions (ACLs, roles) to access the specific record/table , page, or module. 

Check ACL role (Read /create)  on dispute request table whether that user is having . 

Check that the user has access to that application scope.

Also check to create Dispute request if any specific ServiceNow mentioned (in doc) role is required . like this -https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/financial-services-operations/dispute-management/create-an-onboard...
