Custom journal input field not showing up on activity

I created a custom journal input field for scoped application. When I add some text and save it, the value is shown to admin in activities but is not showing up for ITIL users. The field to enter text is shown for them but the saved value is not visible in activities.

When I impersonate as ITIL user I checked if the field is configured in activities and debugged all securities to check if it is an acl issue already, doesn't look like it.

Please share if anyone had similar issue and how was it resolved.

It looks to be the ACL issue only.

Could you please clear cache and do debug for user affected and then see what comes while debugging ACLs

Hi,

 

I tried on my instance and it is working fine.

my ITIL role user is able to see.

Please check the table and row level ACL both.

I am sure that must be affecting this issue.
