Hello!
I'm trying to view a new capability of Customer Service Management called Customer 360 (see attachment) but I don't succeed to view what I'm expecting...
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance
Stefano

Hi Brandon, thanks.
I see no charts in the 'related list' part.
But Venki wrote me right now that: 'you can build charts or embed external UIs into the Account screen to provide a one-page view of all relevant information for an Account/Customer'
So ok!
Thanks a lot
Stefano

The screenshot looks like performance analytics. But, you have not mentioned what you expect to see or how it seems to not be working as you expect.
What part is not working the way that you believe it should?

Hi,
We have Customer information that we want to store in ServiceNow and associate with Incident, Change, Problem, and Service request.
Would I need to create a custom form or should I use the Customer Service Management plugin?
The Customers will not be support. We just need to associate all their tickets with their contacts, and run reports.
Thanks
Kathy.
