Hi there,
I have a few questions about Incident templates. If someone could help resolve these questions, that would be awesome!
1.) I've created an Incident template. Now I want to add a extra field to it, but this field has to be the first in row.
How can I do this without deleting all other fields to add the new one, and to create back the former ones?
2.) I want to do the above mentioned thing also to other exsisting templates. Is it possible to do this in batches?
3.) Some templates are scheduled. After achieving step 2, it's not needed to reschedule this templates isn't?
Thanks in advance for the reply,
Adam

Atul: NOT possible, OOTB but you need to build the scrript
2.) I want to do the above mentioned thing also to other exsisting templates. Is it possible to do this in batches?
Atul: Via Script only, but not easy and straight forward.
3.) Some templates are scheduled. After achieving step 2, it's not needed to reschedule this templates isn't?
Atul: change will reflect in new not old record.
