Hello
I have activated the French Language pack in our Dev instance. However, I am only able to see the language available in the ITIL view. Is there a way I can ensure it gets activated in the portal page too?

You'd want to check the "Transform Histories" table, to ensure the transform to the 5 tables have completed (the plugin record will just show it's unpacked the data in this scenario),
Also, if you are on the SanDiego release, due to new cache'ing optimisations with Service Portals, you'd need to log out of an English user session and log in with a specifically set French user otherwise the strings won't be downloaded by your browser,

Hi there,
Have you checked that the plugin installation has finished? I did read somewhere that is takes 2-3 hours, though in my experience it can take 2 or 3 times more!

The plugin installed successfully and I can see that in the plugin history too.
