How can i click on "OK" or "CANCEL" buttons on alert box sing ATF steps.

I have been tried all custom UI steps to retrive components but it is still fails.

Hi Brahah,

Please check 3 things which might solve your issue:

1. If you can inspect it manually, you literally can use it in ATF.

2. Set time out for your test step

3. Last but not least, delete runner and test on a new runner

Hi Bharath,

Since the confirm, prompt and alert boxes are javascript boxes; ATF won't recognize them as ATF test runner doesn't recognize those.

This has been confirmed with ServiceNow earlier by me and it is not supported.
