how can I create a custom incident form?

I have created a record producer to use by our IT department to use as an incident when creating new users. (see screenshot 1)

We currently use incidents for logging tickets. (see screenshot 2)

But when I complete this record producer, it reverts back to the "normal"incident form.

How can I have the new form become an incident and keep the variable layout?

Wow,   I'm at a loss as to how to proceed.   You instance is different than ours. What version of S/N are you on?

I'm on Geneva.   Any chance that you are on a different version?

I can't be sure, but in earlier versions, it might have been named the "Variable Editor".

My personal instance is on Helsinki, and I noticed that the selection panel shows the Incident Variable Editor just after the options to split the screen.

This would be "out of alphabetical order" if you were just looking at the field names.

Incident Variable editor appears in the incident which are created from Record producer on any view if you have added in it.

Go to your incident form. Add variable edition from configure Form layout and add Incident variable layout.

I added it in ess as well in default view.

Incident should be created from record producer. Incident opened from incident module will not have this in form.
