how can I create a custom incident form?

I have created a record producer to use by our IT department to use as an incident when creating new users. (see screenshot 1)

We currently use incidents for logging tickets. (see screenshot 2)

But when I complete this record producer, it reverts back to the "normal"incident form.

How can I have the new form become an incident and keep the variable layout?

What is this variable layout?

Hello Khanna,

If you are asking about the Incident Variable Editor, it is a form widget which displays the 'catalog variables' used in forms for record producers and catalog items.

Without this widget,   users are not be able to view the values entered into those variables when the record producer form is submitted.

ok, but I cannot ADD IT. It's No where...... I'm in Fuji.

My variables are all out of order, some don't show, others I don't want to show do... frustrating!

Can't be this hard.

Did you try to find "Variable Editor"?   I'm on Geneva/Helsinki, so I don't have access to Fuji.

It _might_ have been named differently on Fuji.

Other than that,   I can't think of how to help you.

It might be   time to contact ServiceNow on Hi.

They should be able to get you an answer to this question pretty quickly.

When you do get it, would you mind posting it here?   I'm curious about it.

Not only can I not add, but the variables are out of order.   I placed a call to Hi, waiting a call back. In the mean time any help would be appreciated.

This is the correct order.

This is how it shows when submitted. All out of order.
