Chuck Tomasi's Blog Hello,
I am interested to know how the 'role_delegator' role works.
Can the users with the role 'role_delegator' have the ability to add roles to other users? If yes, then i see that the users do not have access to the Edit button to give roles.
Looking forward for some help on this.
Thanks in Advance!

According to what I read, Gangundi, the role_delegator can delegate roles they have (not any role.)

From the documentation (https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-platform-administration/page/administer/roles/task/t_RoleDelegation.html):
"A role delegator can assign roles to users who are in a particular user group. ... The roles that delegators can assign to other users include the roles that the delegator inherits from a group and those roles that the administrator assigns to the delegator."
