How should I use stock room walkup

Hello Team,

How to user Stock room in walkup experience.

I could able to create stock room, how should I allocate a hardware to the user and where I can check all the available and allocated assets list. Please help

Hi @B Ashok ,

The agents can view associated walk-up location stockrooms in following ways:

Through Agent Workspace
Through navigation menu.

Procedure

Navigate to All > Workspace Experience > Agent Workspace Home.
Alternatively, to view walk-up locations through the application navigator, navigate to All > Walk-up Experience > Agent > My Walk-up Stockrooms.
From the navigation list, select List.
Under Walk-up, select My Stockrooms.
Select the name of your stockroom to view details such as the physical address, the group assigned to the stockroom, and the available assets (hardware, consumables, and software licenses).

Select any of the list tabs to see the available inventory.

For example, you can select Consumables to see a list of all available consumables. The inventory list tabs include the following.

Option	Description
Hardware	Cables, connectors, batteries, and more.
Consumables	Computer monitors, video equipment, tablets, laptops, computer mouse, and more.
Software Licenses	Available software programs and tools.
Other Assets	Miscellaneous other assets.

Select the name of an available consumable to see the details about the asset, such as quantity, cost, and expense information.
