How the Due date field is auto filled in the Requested Item form?

Can u please explain clearly to resolve this issue. How to clear the due date from the Catalog item+Workflow.

Hi Gurpreet,
I cleared the due date from workflow as well as catalog item, but still the due date is auto filled with the opened time of the RITM.

Seems like it can't be blank though i am pretty sure that you could create a catalog client script/UI Policy over catalog item to hide due date for this requested item.
