Hi,

   How the Due date field is auto filled in the Requested Item form?

  My requirement is to set the due date field to blank in RITM form.

Does the due date field on dictionary has a default value? Are you setting due_date somewhere on RITM workflow?

Hi kalai,

 I didnt mention any default value on dictionary. But still its taking the Opened time of the RITM.
