Hi Chuck
We can;t do archive if its same parents & child table hierarchical at same time. For an example ( cmdb_ci ) - is a parent table for all other child tables like (cmdb_ci_computer , cmdb_win_server ..etc) we can do archive one by one .
we can delete the table from archive rule once archiving completed and then create new rule for other table . This is main rule for archiving
I followed this and i can able to view all tables in the list

Hi Surkan,
That would indicate that primary status is not on the cmdb_ci table, but instead on an extension/child class. Use the system dictionary to determine what class has the field Primary Status. I just looked and it doesn't appear to be something provided on a base customer system (unless it was created by a plugin I have not yet activated.)

That's odd. It shows up fine for me. It might be time to reach out to support on this.
