Hi Sukran,

You can create a template with Admin credential and select the group in "Group" field which you want to provide the access to view and edit the template.

Template access to Group.jpg

Mark this correct if this resolved your query.

Thanks

Hi Sukran,

Here are the roles can be mapped to your group.

Availability of the "Save as Template" option is tied to the template_editor role. Users with that role get the option, and this is currently hardcoded.

Availability of the "Save All as Template" option is tied to the admin role. Users with that role get the option, and this is currently hardcoded.

A user will see the "Edit Templates" option if and only if they have one of the following roles: template_editor, template_editor_group, or template_editor_global.

And for the "Apply Template" option, a user will see it if and only if there is one or more Template that user is allowed to use by virtue of roles on specific Templates, or whether there are Templates for that user or one of their groups.

I would like to be able to give ITIL users the ability to create a template that can be shared with the group that they are a member of-can this be done, and if so, are there any negative consequences?
