how to stop notification for the RITM with no approver

Requirement : I have a requirement where , i need to stop all the Request approved notification if the RITM has no approver and is auto approved.
Current scenario :
Now the notification request approved is being triggered for all the request when stage changes to approved.


How to do this.?

Hi there,

 

The auto approval, that is handled through a workflow or flow I assume? Is this done under the system user or the users themselves? If system, you might add that in your notification condition.

Else... is it feasible to have the notification triggered from within your workflow or flow using an event? That way you could trigger it conditionally within your workflow or flow.

How to configure this notification to trigger only when the RITM is approved by the approver, and if there is not approver and is auto approved then the notification should not trigger.
