Hello,
Hoping anyone can shed some light on the below, if its happened to you and if you have managed to fix this since upgrading to Helsinki.
I am running Helsinki, and when an incident is raised, the below happens:
Then, when the incident is saved, the description moves down in the activities view, but has lost the "carriage returns" or new lines entered in the description field.
It makes hard work to scan the ticket for the teams looking to resolve the incident.
Any thoughts on how we can keep the formatting?

There is no way to modify the Activity formatter unfortunately.
I would recommend logging a ticket on Hi to fix it in a future release.
