Information not populating from Interaction to INC/RITM in Agent Workspace

I'm very new to ServiceNow so I'm wondering if someone can help me. This is the issue I've been tasked with:

"Normally they create an interaction when they get a call and the information for the caller and their location will populate into the INC when they create one but it's not doing that."

This is in Agent Workspace, and it could be a really simple fix. I'm just inexperienced so I'm not sure where to start.

Hey San, I hope you don't mind me bothering you again. I followed your instructions, and thought I had the issue fixed, but I'm still having a problem. Specifically when I create a ticket from an Interaction the User information is still not populating on the Incident. Any ideas?
