Integration with servicenow to Vmware

How to Connect with Vmware using rest api.

I am getting authentication error while testing below API

https://{server}/rest/vcenter/vm

I have given service account credentials in basic profile.

please help me if anyone completed integration with servcenow to vmware.

we have tried both vmware cred and basic
