Multiple ritm under same request ,but flow is not triggering for all ritm

When we are submitting Request with multiple ritm in it, then flow will not execute for all ritm .
In flow we are simply creating task once we submit catalog item.

so task is not getting create for each RITM.

This is not order guide .
we are submitting multiple RITMs of same catalog item by adding it in cart, then submitting all at once.
so got this issue while submitting 15 items in cart .

I tried your use case but its working in my pdi  , individual tasks were created for each ritm.

Have you attached your flow to your catalog item ?
