Multiple ritm under same request ,but flow is not triggering for all ritm

When we are submitting Request with multiple ritm in it, then flow will not execute for all ritm .
In flow we are simply creating task once we submit catalog item.

so task is not getting create for each RITM.

try adding ritm more that 10 in one request ,then may be issue will come .
because i was facing issue when adding ritm more than 10.

its still working. I added 15 times and there will created 15 ritms and for each ritm task is created .
