Multiple ritm under same request ,but flow is not triggering for all ritm

When we are submitting Request with multiple ritm in it, then flow will not execute for all ritm .
In flow we are simply creating task once we submit catalog item.
so task is not getting create for each RITM.

when you add multiple catalog items in your cart and submit it will create those many RITMs
Each RITM has a catalog item associated to it and will trigger it's own flow
are you sure you have flow associated to that Catalog item? if no then flow won't trigger
