HI Team,
I need to demo on on call schedule module to client.
I was doing it in PDI but I am not able to understand when the escalation gets triggered.
I have created a on call shift , selected schedule , added primary , secondary members and also added escalation path but when does this escalation trigger ? please help me understand .
And is there any way leadership can view all teams and members present on that day or other days on particular shift ? is the only way to get the view is rota admin ?
