Outgoing email display name (e.g. "IT Service Desk") suggestions

We are in the process of changing the outgoing email display name, which is currently set to "IT Service Desk".

Our ServiceNow instance has evolved and is being used not just by IT, and not just for ticketing, so anything related just to "IT" or "Services" may not be appropriate.

Just looking for some suggestions to come up with a generic name that would work across all the departments.

Hello,

Here is what we have done,

For HR related emails we have added HR Desk

For IT related emails we have added IT Desk

For CSM related emails we have added CSM Desk

If you do like this it will make more sense rather than keeping it generic.

Hi,

Navigate to System Mailboxes --> Email accounts and open SMTP and POP3 records.

Update the EMail user label as you needed.

I would suggest to keep generic one for all.
