"Approval Group" hidden in the Service Builder wizard

Hi folks,

I’m wondering if anyone has insights into why the Approval Group field is hidden in the Service Builder wizard.

In the standard form view for Services or Service Offerings, there are three out-of-the-box fields visible to Service Owners: Approval Group, Support Group, and Change Group. However, when editing a Service Offering via the Service Builder wizard, only Support Group and Change Group are visible - Approval Group is missing.

Is there a specific reason behind this design choice? Could it be related to role permissions, UI policies, or something else in the platform configuration?

Appreciate any thoughts or experiences you can share!

It would be nice if Approval group can be maintained by service owner using Service Builder. Then service owner can manage the group to approve change request.

Otherwise, is there any efficient way to manage Approval group besides updating the record of Service offering in cmdb_ci_service table with admin role ?
