Remove or Disable a Change State

Hi,

There a lot of articles on adding new Change States to the Change State model but I couldn't find anything on a process to disable any of the default Change Request States. I would like to disable the Implement and Review States from Change. I can see a few transitions already breaking so I was wondering if a better approach was not to disable them and just use the workflow to move past these stages.

Hi Ayman,

You can just edit the OOB workflows to skip these states. And deactivate these states then. It shouldn't give any error. You may need to disable few OOB UI actions as well and build your own UI actions.
