Hello!
I'm trying to build a KB report in the kb_knowledge table to get a elapse time between the 'Review' to 'Published' status in Workflow. I haven't found any fields with these time stamps and viewing the individual versions of each KB doesn't provide me a good time for each workflow state.
Any suggestions whether or not reporting a elapse time in workflow is possible at all?
