Hi
Did you verify after the upgrade somebody updated the scheduled report and changed the format?
You can go to scheduled Jobs and check the concerned scheduled report record and change the format.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Hi
Please check the list type in the scheduled report configuration. It might be changed to PDF after upgrade. If its in PDF, change it to Excel.
If data doesn't appear in the scheduled report, then:
- The main cause of this is due to ACLs that have not been set up. Verify that a user can access the data that is in the table. If they can see the data that is in the table, its most likely not an ACL issue.
- Check to make sure that the run as user is set to active. If the user is not active in in the instance, this will cause problems.
- Make sure the data is not dynamic. If the data is changing, and the scheduled report runs, the data will be different or won't be available.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks.

Thanks for your responses.
1. Run as User was inactive in few scheduled reports.
2. Also reports were not having snc_internal role which was the main cause of sending error message in pdf file instead of sending report in requested file format.
