Scheduled Reports Issue

HI All, Recently my instance upgraded to San Diego and now we are getting an issue with scheduled reports as It's sending reports in pdf format instead of excel(.xlsx).Also it's not showing any data

Hi @Deepchand Yadav ,

Did you verify after the upgrade somebody updated the scheduled report and changed the format?

You can go to scheduled Jobs and check the concerned scheduled report record and change the format.

Hello Deepchand, 

Can you please elaborate on your statement:

"2. Also reports were not having snc_internal role which was the main cause of sending error message in pdf file instead of sending report in requested file format. "

I also am having issues with scheduled reports sending in PDF format rather than Excel and sending the error "The sender does not have access to this report." within the PDF.

Changing one of the reports from an inactive user to an active user fixed the issue, but on another it still gives the error.

I'm curious what you mean reports did not have the snc_internal role?
