Hey community .
I was trying to create the embed survey with OAM but system does not generated the survey within the outlook
step I followed
- Install the latest version of OAM
- Configured the custom email notification with the email script mention in the documentation and make sure that sender ends with @Service-Now.com . email script : ${mail_script:include_survey_actionable}
- configured the survey, checked the Outlook message check box and make sure to have only one question.
- I triggered the survey, and checked the email logs .
I found that in the logs body contains code to render but in the outlook I received email rendered all the part but not this script part.
Any insight will be appreciated.
