ServiceNow Instance in offline

Hi Team,

 

I recently faced one issue with my ServiceNow PDI which is showing me the state is offline it has been a week I was going through the same trouble. 

if anybody knows about this issue kindly help me with a solution, I have lots of work placed on my PDI.

I would request ServiceNow to look into this matter. this is the worst case I have faced with ServiceNow.

Hi @RamDhangar 

 

I have been using PDI since this morning with no issues, but yes, I saw a few posts on the community about PDI offline. 

1. There is no support available for PDI.

2. If you can wait, more, let's wait 

3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data. 

From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

@RamDhangar If the current PDI is giving issues to you then I recommend releasing the existing PDI and requesting for a new PDI. Unfortunately, no support is available for the PDIs from ServiceNow.

The instance is back online and working fine for me, please refresh your PDIs on the developer site.

Hello @RamDhangar 

There is nothing that can be done. If you are tired of waiting then just release the instance and request for new Instance. For future just keep taking update set frequently so that same work can be brought back to new Instance.
