Hi @Community Alums No No what I am saying is script is not working as expected it's still setting the state to approved and then turn to requested even though other level of approvals are pending How can I fix it ? the main reason for this requirement is my SLA should trigger if all the approvals are approved so i have put the triggering condition as approval status is approved in this case if 1st level of approvals approved the request approval status set to approved so SLA triggering but still have approvals to approve so my requirement is to wait for all the approvals (1st level,2nd level and 3rd level etc) to approve the RITM then it should set the approval status to Approved . How to fix this one?

So on RITM the approval status field should be approved when all the level of approvals are done(1st or 1st and 2nd or 1st, 2nd and 3rd) etc
If that's your question then you can't determine in your BR script for this catalog item how many approvals are there.
So this requirement is not a valid business requirement.
Please inform your customer about this.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar Thanks for the reply But I have observed onething here if the catalog form build from workflow its waiting for all the level of approvers if all are approved then only its setting to approved which is working as expected for my requirement but this is happening for the catalog forms which was build from flow designer may I know the reason for this one?

so you are saying the approval status field on RITM is only marked as approved once all level of approvals are approved when you are using workflow
But when flow designer then it's not working?
Please share some details and screenshots for the same.
