You can change the styles of the fields through right click the appropriate field and choose Configure Styles. Please refer the below link for applying styles on form fields:
Just navigate to css from left nav, the css has complete default text formatting(fiont, size, color etc), you can change there if you want it to be a global change, i.e. it will not be restricted to one form or page.
