Trigger an Email when multiple incidents are created within a short period of time.

Example multiple incidents created within 30 mins with the keyword in the short description "network"

I am guessing there are multiple ways to handle it just trying to see what people think is best.

I would like to keep the thread open to see if I can get any other use cases out of this. Just incase there was a misunderstanding between you and I. If nothing by next week I will close the thread.

We are looking for something similiar

eg five incidents created against the same CI within a timescale would trigger an email to senior incident managers to review.
