We are looking for a way to track and manage all of our investors relations emails, voicemails and live calls for better reporting and management?
I have used the ITSM incident table to manage that. but it's really not working as we need since most of the emails go to spam filter.
Could anyone help and advise me what solutions out there or how to fix my issues?
If I use the CRM, can I open up our domain without risking our instance?

I would also like to find good CRM software. I thought a business didn't have to use such software, and now I have problems with my customers. They sued our company, and I started to use the services of an attorney from swpdxlaw.com. This has been continuing for already one month, and happily, everything is going well. It is easy to notice that the attorney that works for me is a professional. I am not afraid that I will lose the case in the law court to be calm about my money. I hope all this situation will end well.

Have you found a good CRM for real estate? I work in a real estate agency, and sometimes it is hard to stock inflation about all of your clients. I work only with potential investors interested in getting profit from buying the real estate. All of them are using the BRRRR method of investing in real estate. You can read more about it on parentportfolio.com. They are intending buying a property for reconditioning it and sell it at a better price. I would need software to stock all the information about my clients, so I know their preferences.
