Add dynamic filter to custom list in Service Operations Workspace

Hello ServiceNow Community,

 

Could you please tell me if it is possible to add a dynamic filter to a customized list in Service Operations Workspace. I have created a new list to find all the interactions that have been made by users and I want to be able to filter dynamically on "Opened for" field.

I can create a custom list for the interactions table and also select a dynamic filter for the "Opened for" field:

So what exactly is your issue, or did I get you wrong?

Thanks for the reply, actually I want to make the filter field visible as shown in the screenshot so employees will be able to search for callers and get their interactions

Hi @anas_m 

the filter was probably disabled for the respective list. Please follow the instructions on https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-articles/configuring-lists-in-configurable-work... to open the related record and enable the filter again.
