Add new data visualization on Landing page in Service Operations Workspace

We are in Vancouver Patch 5. I added a few of data visualizations on landing page (ex: Problem assigned to you / Unassigned problem for your team).  1st level card looks good. But 2nd level doesn't show in Grid mode. for "Your team's work" when click "View all". It shows in the list mode. I have followed the instruction "sow-itsm-config-guide-1.3-later".  Please help! Thanks!

Hi @Yanping Guo1 ,

the mentioned document is sufficient to add a new data visualization as it covered end-to-end implementation flow, 

1. if you are facing an issue with the grid view, you may want to debug more around evam definition-related code and evam definition (check browser console logs and sys logs also).

2. as the document is a little complex, suggest you cross-check all steps one more time.
