Announcements in service operations workspace - based on region

Hi , I have requirement of configuring announcements in SOW , it should be visible for local IT and end users.

and also based on my region i should be able to see only those particular announcements in my SOW.

you can create UX Banner Announcements for workspaces but you cannot apply region condition. you can only tell system to show/hide for users, groups, roles etc but not based on company location etc
