Service Operations Workspace UI Actions

Good Day, 

 

I am encountering an issue on the sysapproval_approver table with regards to approving and rejecting Knowlegde articles.

 

We have specific users that when not in Service operations workspace they can see the approve and reject button but when they in Service operations workspace they cannot see the buttons.

 

Me as an Admin can see the buttons in both views.

 

I have checked and ensure that the Workspace from button is ticked as well as added Service operations workspace under UI Visibility and the issue still persists. 

 

If you guys have any suggestions on how to solve this, please share.

Hi @LivashanN ,

 

Please check the testing user have approver_user  role for them and aslo check the Workspace access role.

They have the ITIL role as well as the knowledge manager role

Thank you, i a reviewing the article, the one option is to change the state and then save the form, but the state field is read only, I will try the option of creating another one and ticking that box available to configurable workspace and seeing if it works as it should
