Attachment Download Issue in Custom Workspace – Activity Stream

Hi Team,

I’ve built a custom workspace in ServiceNow, and I'm currently facing an issue related to attachment downloads.

• Attachments are downloading successfully from the Attachments tab.
• However, attachments within the Activity Stream (activity filter) are not downloading as expected.

Could you please assist in identifying the root cause and suggest a resolution?
