Service Operations Workspace - Working with more than 2 landing pages?

Hello all,


In SOW it's possible to set a landing page for 1st and 2line support agents (so 2 landing pages in total).

Does anybody know if it's possible to work with more than 2 landing pages?

In our organization we work with multiple countries where 1st line teams work with different task types so we can't work with 1 landing page for all 1L teams.


We considered creating a new dashboard in PA and then making this visible in SOW so that users can switch from the 1L landing page to the dashboard. The problem with that however is that when you open any record, it opens in the old UI and not in the workspace view.

Any ideas?

each landing page will have it's own audience and users satisfying the audience will see that respective landing page

When they see their respective landing pages you can show them respective data visualizations so that agents can work efficiently

-> to handle the dashboard part -> you can create a dashboard page and include that in your workspace

For handling more than 1 landing pages see these steps

remember the system property "glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled" should be present with value as true
