Hi Team,
I’ve built a custom workspace in ServiceNow, and I'm currently facing an issue related to attachment downloads.
- Attachments are downloading successfully from the Attachments tab.
- However, attachments within the Activity Stream (activity filter) are not downloading as expected.
Could you please assist in identifying the root cause and suggest a resolution?

We encountered this today. Custom workspace, the button is there but the download icon in the journal does nothing when clicked.

This turned out to be a ServiceNow-side bug related to PRB1866407, and is fixed in Yokohama Patch 5 or greater, or any version of Zurich.
I confirmed this worked after upgrading from Yokohama Patch 4 to Patch 7.
