Other delivery company free form field, info provided in portal by customer, not showing in the back-end
Hi @prakritikum ,Can you check any script(catalog ui policy or catalog client script) that clearing the value.

Hi @prakritikum ,Please raise a new request. Then check the Variable Ownership table (sc_item_option_mtom) to confirm whether the raised RITM has a record where the Other Delivery Company variable contains a value.
Hi @NagaChandaE Just checked that . Other Delivery Company is coming as blank only
