Change link of Attach knowledge in Service Operations Workspace

Currently the Attach Option in Agent Assist adds a link of Knowledge Article in additional comments which is redirected to Backend.

We want to change the redirection view of this link.

Please suggest a way to achieve this.

I tried and when it included KB link in comments and when I opened it opened in SOW only and not in backend
