We are wanting to change the tab order for the SOW incident page to have Details show at the beginning of the list as that is where most work is completed. Found an older article but it no longer loads we just migrated to Australia. Is this able to be accomplished OOTB or will we need to copy the landing page and make a new one?

Hi @SeanGalbraith ,
1.In the All navigator, search for Service Operations Workspace
2.Click on Configurations module
3.Select the incident record under the Incident Management , you can see the Tab Visibility for tier 1 agents try to make it turn off it will display some pop-up like below and it contains a link to system property make that system property true and make this visibility to false and click on yes.
4.Here this User Criteria linked to an OOB Group named as Service Desk Group
5.Try to open the group record with sys_id d625dccec0a8016700a222a0f7900d06, add the users to that group. The persons who are there in the group are nowhere get the visibility for that overview tab.
If my response helped, mark it as helpful and accept the solution.

Hi @SeanGalbraith ,
OOB, there is an option to completely hide the Overview tab for specific users.
If you want to reorder the tabs, you will need to copy the page, as this appears to be the only way to change the tab order.
If you need the procedure for copying the page and reordering the tabs, please send a follow-up message here.

Hi @Dinesh Chilaka Woudl you be able to provide the option to hide it for specific users? We could target the group that is requesting it but keep it for all other users.
Thank
Sean
