Click_through icon not showing on reference variables after upgrading to Yokohoma

Hi all, We've noticed that the small click_through "i" icon which appears inside reference variables when viewing a catalog item in the SOW is no longer visible. This icon still appears for form reference fields, but not for reference variables in the submitted form section.

 

This functionality was working in the Xanadu release, but after our recent upgrade to Yokohama and SOW v7.1.0, the icon no longer shows.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know if it’s a known defect or if there’s a workaround available?

I’ve heard back from ServiceNow support regarding this.

They confirmed that the issue has been acknowledged as PRB1877769: “Info (i) icon for reference catalog variables is missing on RITM & SCTASK forms under the Service Operations workspace.”

The fix is scheduled for the Zurich release.

Might be a bug during upgrade.

Try raising a case with ServiceNow.

Thanks, Ankur. I'll wait a day or two in case anyone else responds with a workaround. If not, I'll log a job with support and share their response if it might help others.
