Configure Most recent tasks in kb_view in Workspace

Hi Experts, 

I would like ask your help on how to configure the Knowledge Article 'Most Recent tasks'

to be visible as well in the KB view of Agent workspace.

Hi @Michael Galang

Starting from version 8.2 of the Service Operations Workspace for ITSM Applications plugin, it only supports displaying the Attached to Task related list of the article in SOW, rather than in the KB view.
