I'm trying to build something for our ServiceDesk so that when they click "New Interaction" it will launch straight into a Playbook.
I understand that Playbooks require a created record to be used, however, I would like it to run similarly to the Playbook Workspace Demo.
The ServiceNow documentation also states that I should be able to configure my workspace or UI Builder page to display the record generator Playbook component in place of the new record form but I am unsure of how to do that.

I'm trying to compare the Demo data to our instance data but am not seeing where the differences are.
My current solution is to only have the New Interaction button available and build a Playbook off of that, but I would prefer it to launch straight into the Playbook so the agents don't have to click into the Playbook tab.
