Create a List in SOW from a Database View

Hi all!

I read this  article how to do List View configuration in SOW.

But I want to do  a List Viw fråm a Database View - the OOB Database View awa_agent_presence_capacity (Which is from Advanced Work Assignment.

But that view isn't chooseable in the table field?

Is there another way to create a List option in SOW form a Database View?Regards

@andersbogsjo - Not really very sure. But you could create a Remote Table with script that matches the awa_agent_presence_capacity and use it to build the list.
